Definition
Visual Arts refers to creative activities and art forms that are primarily experienced through sight. Artists use different materials, techniques, and visual elements to create artworks and express their thoughts, feelings, imagination, and cultural experiences.
Major Forms of Visual Arts
1. Drawing
Drawing uses lines, shapes, shading, and details to represent objects, people, places, or ideas.
2. Painting
Painting uses colours and different surfaces to create pictures, patterns, and expressive artworks.
3. Sculpture
Sculpture is a three-dimensional art form created by shaping or combining materials such as clay, wood, stone, or other suitable materials.

Paper can be folded, cut, woven, rolled, and arranged to create creative artworks.
